Does the JobVanessaThese are really great looking in person and on pictures. We are using them for our wedding and then keeping them for household use. We’ve used them once and the only downside is that they are somewhat slippery and also get fingerprint stains on handles very easily. Regardless, it is nice quality silverware!4

Surprisingly nice flatware!DavidAn excellent-quality Ikea find, the Dragon flatware impresses on many level. Fit and finish is nice, if just a bit on light weight side - although still feels good in hand, and the look is handsome and modern, without being over the top. Everything is spot on, except for the tiny second spoons. Truly useful only for children and stirring your morning coffee or tea. That is easily remedied (as other's have mentioned) by purchasing Dragon dessert spoons, and then you have settings for 12, with all bases covered, for a terrific price. Quite impressed and definitely recommended.5

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing items – without losing its valuable properties.
