Product details

The tabletop is made of lacquered MDF – a strong and durable material comprising of tightly compressed wood shavings.

The tubular steel table legs offer strength and durability with the look of traditionally crafted, turned wood.

The tubular steel legs are sturdy and won’t wobble, and they will last longer than wooden table legs.

PLEASE READAdelkaThe table top on this table does NOT come sealed. I bought the table yesterday and I already unfortunately set it up other wise, I would have returned this. Please note if you get this table you will have to seal the top to protect the table from water damage or any food stains. Also The side of the table ARE sealed but not the top. I don’t know if they forgot to seal the top. But other reviewers have also commented about the unsealed top surface.3

Pretty but didn't work out for meJohannaVery easy to assemble, looks great in the dining room and feels very sturdy. Only thing I did not like was the texture of the wood, when I wiped the table surface for the first time felt splinters and wood residue :( Had to scratch off the glue spots and I'm not sure if I like the wood texture. It looks very pretty, but I think food/sauce/water could very easily get trapped within the grooves of the wood. I will exchange this for a smoother table.3

“I was challenged to design a product with a new production technique using steel instead of wood. Inspired by traditional-style tables, I came up with a design that had a crafted look, but could also appeal to those who prefer a simpler expression. Thanks to clever technology, we were able to make tubular steel legs that look like turned wooden legs. Strong and stable and with soft rounded shapes. I hope that DANDERYD table will bring warmth into many people’s homes."
