Salt and pepper sgakersPamelaThe tops open by rotating the cover that opens the holes. There was a learning curve. lol I had to futz around with it to figure it out. But believe me it’s there. 5
Good quality MariaThese are well made and function great! I love that you don’t have to remove the lid. 5
Great topSandyI love the top and how you can close when not in use. Such a simple thing but it makes such a difference. 5

Doesn't turn SusanCute little shakers, but the open and close part doesn't work 1
Great idea, mediocre executionDominicI love the idea of these spice jars—having the ability to choose from 3 different dispenser settings all while keeping your spices in uniform containers is great. However, the lid needs some major design refinement. Some lids are too loose and spill spice all over; some lids are so tight that I resort to taking them off and scooping the spice out with a spoon. Some spices can also get stuck in the lid, which is hard to clean out. Buyers should probably wait until IKEA figures out a functional lid for this before putting all your spices in them.3
Flawed Lid DesignSethI like these shakers, BUT the spinning part of the lid is too loose, allowing salt or pepper to get under it and escape out of the sides of the lid, resulting in constant messes on my countertop and in my cabinet. The lid needs to be redesigned. It's nice that the lid offers 3 different pour holes, though: Small, large, and pour.3
Poorly executed conceptAmyThe tops allow so much air and moisture to enter the jars, there is really no point to having the sliding cover. These shakers might be okay to use in a dry climate. Otherwise, better options exist.2
Beautiful but unusable — poor lid designErzhenaI bought these in April 2024 and sadly, they’ve just been sitting unused. The shakers look beautiful, but the lid design is really frustrating — the holes don’t stay aligned, and the top spins too easily. I wish they were more functional, because the design is great. Unfortunately, they’re not practical for daily use.1
Lids are completely stuckAmyA nice size and look, but the lids are completely stuck and do not turn at all, making these pretty un-functional. 1
Great shakersMelissaThese shakers are better than any other shakers. You could control the amount of salt just by twisting the cap. Twist and shout like there’s no tomorrow. 5
Top lead parts are hard to turnAnnieLess likely to recommend 3
versatile springlersMar MarI use them for peppers, sugar, salts. It has a variety of holes for different quantity of pouring. It is very useful in cooking and on the dinner tables whether indoor or outdoor. 5
Good for spices, but be careful of the lidAnonymousI like how thin it is, but the spinning lid is very loose. Be careful of spilling the contents. Not very easy to clean loose spices that have gotten under the spinning part of the lid. 4
Great for spices!LI love buying bulk spices, and these containers work great!5
ShakersLauraI like the size and top hole options but after a few uses it doesn’t spin. 4
Good productChinmayThis product is absolutely what we needed5
Perfect size KatherineI love the various size holes and it can also be wide open for cooking and closed too5
Salt and pepper shakers DebbieI use them for spices. Especially for mixing 2 or 3 .5
Great Small ShakersLaverneLove the adjustable settings, my pepper now flows freely, (I use the coarse ground). Would purchase again, next time I purchase the large size.5
