Back panel brokeJessWe were moving homes and the back panel broke. Very flimsy. Trying to order a new part for it so we can reassemble, but I can’t find the details. Otherwise, love the bed.
day bedJulianaGood daybed, suits my needs. It was difficult to construct the pullout secondary bed. It needs to be aligned perfectly. Then it kept sliding out unexpectedly, on its own. We had to screw it shut for safety. It's also smelly. It smells like an old wood cabin that had been closed shut for too long.

Very bad quality product and assemblyAditiThe parts could use labelling for better understanding than playing a guessing game. I had to order atleast 3 spare parts as the quailty of some parts is very trash. I love the product so much but why cant assembly be made better?

Nice Bed, Horrible InstructionsScottSome of the worst written instructions have ever seen. None of the parts were labeled and the pictures and directions are vague. So beware before purchasing. Also not extra screws or parts included .
Great design, exceptional qualityKennethWe wanted a bed solution for our guest room but were apprehensive of purchasing a trundle bed. Our son purchased this bed for his home and we have slept on it as a king. We were very impressed with its comfort, construction, and design, especially the storage drawers and subsequently purchased the exact bed for our home. The assembly was not complicated as the instructions were easy to understand and follow. All the pre-drilled holes were perfectly aligned, a reflection of the quality workmanship. It looks great and works great as a twin or king. Great product.
Not sturdy!GabrielaBought this for my guest room and usually have guests use as twin. Most recently I had to covert to king size and two of the wooden base slats broke as my guests got on the bed! Wanted to love this but very poor quality and not sturdy.
WeirdMagdalenaFirst we had to move one of the bars cause e th drawer wasn’t. Then we purchased ed different mattress then ikea and it doesn’t fit. Somehow ikea mattress recommended for this bed, the width is 38 1/4 the one I purchased is 38 and it doesn’t fit. Make it make sense.
Terrible designNghiaWho is responsible to design this bed? They totally do not care at all whether the customers could sleep or not. The bed surface is not flat but sloped, much higher on the back to facilitate the bed sliding mechanism. I constantly have back pain by sleeping on such inclined surface.
Twin to King sizesChristineWe bought this to go into our guest room, thinking it would be a twin converting into a queen, which would’ve been ideal since all of our sheet sets, duvets, and comforters are queen sized. It’s a small guest room so imagine our surprise when we discovered it was a twin that converted into a king. Just be aware. We did upgrade the mattresses and the guests who have stayed in this bed have all agreed that it’s a good nights sleep. It’s just a little too big for the room we have it in when it’s opened up.
Nightmare of a productRoyThis heavy bed is really poor quality, takes a long time to assmble, and the drawers are poor quality. This is a terrible product and the choice of having drawers with such poor material is a recipe for disaster. 1/5. I regret buying this bed and it's going to take much more time to take apart and move out from my place.

This has lasted a long time!AnonymousWe got this daybed about 7 years ago. It survived moving it wholely assembled from California to Arizona. It did get scuffs and our oldest pulled some of the laminate off as well at a chip location, but it's held up. We have the Ikea mattresses on it and use a foam bed bridge when it is in King mattress mode. The storage is good, but weight limited to 35lbs a drawer. Still slides great and drawers work perfectly. This is a great bed if you put it together right. I would say the only drawback is the sharp corners and the fact that if you have it against a corner wall a certain way, and you aren't paying attention when you sit, you might sit on the side barrier and it sure doesn't feel good when you do! Other than that, for the price it's a great frame. We're going to get one for our little one who doesn't like his bunk bed anymore!

Did not expect high quality materials but it is super flimsy and weak. Three of us adults were unable to install the drawers, the design is not great so had to leave the drawers off eventually. We are looking for a better option.
Ideal for Guest RoomMichaelWe bought this as a bed for an exchange student. We thought it would be ideal for a guest room because it can be a single or a double bed. It was fairly easy to assemble. Only one of the screws stripped out. It would be nice to have a few extras just in case
