Great value and online planning tool!MicheleIf you like container store elfa but not price, nice alternative. Planner is easy to use, but wish site showed measurements between shelves. No hassle return so not a big deal if you have extra. However, since brackets hard to remove, need to spend some extra time before full assembly (tap below bracket with rubber mallet to remove stubborn bracket if you need to adjust). Cons: suspension rails are not as thick & can be inserted anywhere (similar products normally have one opening so you insert it & slide where you need it to go holding downrail in place better). Downrails only have one slot, so the brackets are single as opposed to double for elfa, less secure. It was hard to get shelves to lock into bracket on front end - used rubber mallet. Really like the drawers too. Just wish they had more than white for the bracket options, drawers & adjustable shelves. Win: Closets cost more than 25% less than elfa comparable & look nice!4
