Made from aluminum, which spreads heat evenly and energy efficiently, and makes it easier to regulate heat so the food does not burn and stick.
The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.
Works well on all types of cooktops, including induction.
This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.
Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.
Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction cooktop's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.
Wash this product before using it for the first time.
