Arrived damagedMichelleI bought this online. It arrived with a large, extremely visible scratch running down the outside. If I buy something new, I expect it to arrive in good condition. This is the second time this has happened to me with an IKEA product bought online, and for small items they wont pay for the return shipping costs or do a pick up. I feel they keep the defective things at the warehouse for online orders.
Doesn't work well on inductionKellyI like the size of this pan, but unfortunately it doesn't perform well on an induction stove. It doesn't heat up sufficiently, even on the highest setting. When I tried cooking meat, it steamed the meat instead of searing it. The low price was appealing, but in this case it may have been too good to be true.
