Cheap and Poorly Packaged, but okayLilyProduct stands up and has enough weight on its own that you don't need to bolt it to the wall unless you have small children. Stays standing even with multiple shelves open. It's made of particle board with faux wood surfacing, that's why it's only $70.
The packaging is a major issue. Transported this from the store in a van with a lot of room, and the box laid flat, wrapped in a thick blanket to cushion it from impact and shifting, no objects on top. Unpacked it today and noticed surface scratches on two boards, there is no cushioning or material between some of the boards, not even a sheet or paper or thin cardboard to protect each board. I noticed small dents on some boards. Reached the bottom, and two of the boards have multiple cracks in it going multiple directions. It folded like cardboard. So now I have to get it exchanged. I'd like to see IKEA provide more packaging between each board to protect the surfaces better, worst packaging I've seen in one of their products so far.

Practical, compact, and looks great for the price.NonnaThis shoe cabinet is quite practical — roomy, compact, and stylish, all at a very reasonable price. We have three of them in different sizes. One unfortunately broke early on and needs a replacement part, but another has been serving us perfectly for several years and still looks great. Because of that positive experience, we decided to buy another one for a smaller space where this exact size fits perfectly. It’s pretty easy and quick to assemble. Of course, it’s not furniture that will last forever, but for this price it looks good and does its job well.

ShamefulCarolineShame on IKEA for the quality of this product bought in 2025. We bought our 1st Bissa in 2013 and the quality was far superior. The particle board was laminated with a plastic-like coating. The 2025 product is covered in a thin layer of paper, and not even on all sides. I’m worried that my shoes are going to tear the paper.
The best solution for shoes. Period. LoriI have five of these in my house and it has revolutionized my space. I know where everything is and I can get to anything I need quickly and easily regardless of what kind of shoes they all fit and these things hold a lot of shoes!
Some inconsistent qualityRameeOverall I like this cabinet and I get compliments on it (I drilled two of these together) and it looks nice in my small entryway and I display things on top. However, it was difficult to assemble for me and the quality is only ok. There is not a full back panel and the cabinet can move a little in use. Also, one of the two cabinet I bought came with some minor imperfections like scratch and dent. Was not enough to warrant the hassle of return but does bug me that it already came with some wear and tear that my eye always sees!

Perfect size shoe storageSherriGot this for my entryway and it fits perfectly, I just wish the inside had some kind of protection from wet shoes, I can imagine the wood getting damaged over time if used by people coming in from the rain or snow
Not meant for men's shoesFernandoBought this expecting it to work for me. Didn't take into account that the pictures show what looks to be women's shoes. Size 12 men's didn't work. Only 1 pair fit per compartment.
