perfectWinonait's perfect cabinet for my small space
I wanted to give 4 starsMaryThe price point is excellent but the quality was seriously lacking. Several pieces were scraped, scratched, or bubbling. :( Of 4 boxes, I was able to construct 3 fair quality. Sad part is I really love this in every other way. All the parts were there. Design is clean and simple. Assembly is straightforward, cost is reasonable. Just that quality was so unusually poor. I hate having to return items for that reason.
Not very impressedAdamIt doesn't easily fit two pairs of shoes on each rack, unless you've got skinny feet. With four shoes per shelf, at least one of them is going to need to be turned slightly sideways, which will put the sole on the top of one shoe and probably cause a scuff mark. They could have just added half an inch and everything would fit fine. Also, the drawers on mine do not open or close smoothly -- it's like the cabinet is slightly too narrow for the inner shelves, and so it takes several pushes to get each to open or close. Plus, the last step is to use these little screws to secure the middle shelves in the slot you want, and it's next to impossible to get the hole started with just the screw and screwdriver. They should pre-drilled some holes to make that easier. It will serve its purpose and I'm going to keep it but I would maybe suggest looking at other options first before committing to this one.

Clear the Floor!BeckyNo more shoes scattered at the entry area! This shoe cabinet was easy to assemble and holds 8 pairs of adult shoes. The white color works perfectly with our current white cabinets and the top of the cabinet is great for dropping my purse, a small backpack, etc.
Product from hellLenaYou need an engineering degree to put this together. It took well over an hour and is rickety. A piece of wood arrived broken and top piece scratched. Extremely disappointed. This is the worst ikea item I’ve ever received. I love ikea so I had high hopes
