OkMiriamThe quality of the shelf matches what came with the billy bookcase, but two of the four brackets that the shelf sits on came totally bent and smashed and are impossible to bend back into shape. I was able to order extras of the part for free but it's 7-10 business days to receive. Not super happy that I have to wait 2+ weeks for something that should have been an easy assembly. 3

Arrived DamagedChrisI ordered four of these shelves online for my new Billy Oxberg bookcases and all four shelves arrived with the same damaged corner. Very disappointing. 1
Extremely poor qualityJoyI purchased these to strengthen Ikea metal cabinets where the shelves were sagging. Every single shelf piece is defective with chips/gouges. Thought maybe it was the packaging/delivery but I exchanged a couple pieces in store and the replacements still had gouges in them! They should be free based on the quality. I've never seen another Ikea product with such bad quality brand new. 1

ShelfKenThis is an amazing shelf. It goes great with the Billy bookshelf I already have. Unfortunately since IKEA stopped selling the Gnedby unit for CD storage I’ve had to get extra shelves for the larger Billy bookcase. So…good shelf but would’ve rather been able to get the Gnedby unit to go with the 10 I already own. 5
Doesn't match the old Ikea walnut brownCheriBought to add to a room filled with previously purchased Ikea Billy Oxberg shelving units, after waiting several years, because Ikea discontinued the walnut brown color in the US, but continued the color, in other countries. This does not match at all, in color. No way to upload a photo on here. After waiting apx 6 wks, & cancelled orders by Ikea, & now seeing this, after delivery, it was a huge waste of money. These do not match the older Ikea Billy/Oxberg in color. Do not recommmend if you need to put in the same room. The old color was warm, more reddish. The new color is lighter, tannish, fake woodgrain looking, similar to a cheap contact paper shelf lining sold in a hardware store. Huge disappointment! & unable get it returned to the store, as unable to drive & the delivery drivers will not pick it back up. 1
They match and fit but...SamThey match and fit the shelf but they didn't come with the pegs to hold the extra shelves, were a little dinged up on the left front corner on both of the shelves that I bought, and there was a sticker on the bottom of both that didn't come off nice (I can get the rest of the remaining bits of the stickers off, its just annoying). They will work, just had to buy spare pegs off Amazon. So not perfect but they will do the job. 3
