DisappointedKimI’ve really liked most of the things that I’ve bought from IKEA, but these shelves are a miss. I ordered two of these for delivery and unfortunately, I’m going to have to lug them back. The color is much darker and drabber than photographed, and they look a little cheap. I thought about sucking it up and using them, but I put one together and one part has a huge scratch across the wood, and the back piece is actually cracked. Not a fan.
Not a fan of Billy anymoreCynthiaYou changed the paint or something,it scuffs off very easily, not the same type of costing as the previous Billy's I've bought a year ago. Very very disappointed in the product. Will not buy anymore.
