    Perfect for our needsBrittanyWe've had this unit for a few days and have not had any complaints. I've seen a lot of people having problems with this unit and most of them are about the doors not aligning or issues with the second frame. If your doors aren't aligning make sure the hinge is level and fully in the hole. The single screw connecting the hinge to the door is what adjust the door's “alignment or levelness.” Do this on bottom and top until then door is how you want it. The second piece should be connected using two screws to the larger frame. It took us about 4 hours but was worth it. Highly recommend the top panel for an elevated look.5
    No way to join the dark colored version of thisMatthewIkea says "As this is a combination made of several separate units, we recommend using a BESTA top panel (sold separately) to cover the joint between the frames and create a uniform look." but Ikea, you do NOT sell that in the color that matches this unit, which is black. You ONLY sell a oak veneer version (Which is basically beige). So you should probably not suggest options that aren't real to your customers. It just further aggravates us. 1
    Two seperate pieces, UNABLE to join themMatthewI purchased this black besta storage cabinet. First, its two seperate pieces. However its sold as a set and it does NOT come with the piece necessary to join them. If you purchase black you are out of luck because Ikea doesn't sell t he piece to join them in that color. Also it was received damaged. Found this out after it was almost completely assembled. What a waste of time. 1

    What is constructed board?

    We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fiberboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
