Rusts AnnaThere is no quality control on this. They say it’s stainless steel and nickel free but it still shows signs of rust. Several pieces rusted on first use dishwasher run. Buying a second set so I can have a full nice set.

Quality is not the same as 8 years agoFidanI bought this exact set from IKEA 8 years ago and just got another one as addition which just delivered yesterday. The one delivered yesterday is much worse quality. Not even comparable with my old set! It's not the smooth shape and finishing as the one I bought 8 years ago, it has bunch of scratches and edges are so sharp with obvious bad craftsmanship. In addition 2 iteams are clearly defected. I wish I could upload pictures so comparement with the old set would be visual as well, not just words.

Very happy with this silverware!VivianeI wanted to replace my 40-year old mis-matched sets and bought two well-known brands from Costco and neither passed my test. I put one set in the dishwasher and saw how they did, and both had water spots and one even had a scratch. I took a chance with these, as they are the priciest IKEA silverware set, but even my husband loves that it's solid in his hands, with the rounded edges making them comfortable to hold. And, they passed my dishwasher test, coming out beautifully every time. I've had them for a couple months now and love them. The only problem is that they don't make matching serving utensils, which would make them perfect.

PerfectJennyWe LOVE our new flatware! We were so tired of our blended, mangled pieces. On the highest end price wise but we couldn’t be happier. Bought 3 sets at $180 plus 5% tax to have a full 12-pc set. They are the perfect size and weight, wash well in the dishwasher drying with zero spots, and look great in their space in the drawer or on the table.
Great appearance flatwareSusanI bought this flatware to replace an outdated set that was 40+ years old. This new set has a nice brushed finish and I love the rounded spoon shape, which us why I selected thus particular pattern. It has a nice feel in the Gand and is well balanced. The serrated knife cuts easily. My only suggestion is to make the teaspoon handle a little linger, perhaps the same length as the dessert fork. The teaspoon handle is a little too short for eating or to use to stir coffee or tea in a taller mug.

Pretty set, small spoon is for babiesNatashaI love the brushed look and the style of the utensils. They are really beautiful and all of them are an appropriate weight and size except the small spoon. Is literally so small I can barely get a grip on it. My toddler will use them mostly I think lol

Replacement pieces this time!TinamarieHave used this set for as long as it's been out and still adore it. This recent purchase is to replace those older pieces that have "walked away" from staff rooms, lunch bags, picnic baskets. I hope it is never discontinued. It is such a lovely "hotel-style" weight and design, I would be remiss to have to replace my set.
