incomplete product, unacceptable for the priceRustonthe little lights are nice and cute and you dont have to mess with getting bulbs. the problem, as noted by many of the other reviews, is that installation is not easy and at the point of attachment on the ceiling there should be a veneer or something for a product at this price point. IKEA should at least suggest some sort of related fixture or something that can make the installation of this rather premium product easier and better looking. It is annoying that more thought wasn't put into this and this isn't a new product either.3
Poor Quality - Buzzing and Bad ServiceAshishI bought these spotlights, and within six months, they started making a buzzing noise. When I took them back, IKEA refused to accept the return, saying they don’t take back hard-wired lights: something that's not mentioned anywhere. Now, I’m stuck with noisy lights and no support. Avoid these if you want peace and reliability.1
BaveMonicaGoing for minimlisim here. Used this light to replace the original fixture over the kitchen sink in a 50 plus year old home. The white blends in with the paint and fits nicely in the space above the kitchen sink. I am able to point each individual light in the desired direction. I have had this light up less than 24 hours. I fell as if the light is a bit small. Seeing the light in the night gave an entirely different perspective as the brightness of which I wanted was almost shocing. If you want to brighten up a particular area these lights will achieve that for you. 4
