Great potential, horrible grade patternHaiyenI bought this to use as a part of a built-in cabinet/shelf in our living room. Had I looked at it before the contractor installed it, I would’ve stopped him. The grain pattern was EXTREMELY mismatched from left to right doors as were the panel filler pieces. IMO, the grain should be vertical if they’re not going to remotely make an effort to try to match the pattern. We were able to return the doors, but not the panel or the toe kick because they were cut to fit our space. $80+ mistake for me and bad product design by IKEA. I cannot imagine how AWFUL and JANKY this would look if somebody chose this for their entire kitchen. Buyer beware!!!

We used this style doors on some of the cabinets and this is a refinement of our original design. We have loved all of our kitchens and the first two, one from 1994 and a second from 1996 in previous homes, are both still going strong.

So Not What I wantedSuzzetteI ordered this with a specific purpose, the ash color fit my kitchen color scheme perfectly. What I got was a Gray Door this is of no use to me, now I have something I can not use. I ordered from elsewhere to get exactly what I needed.

Nice contemporary designAnonymous reviewerWe recently renovated our kitchen using Askersund doors and drawer fronts. We ended up with a sleek industrial modern vibe which is a great change from ubiquitous white raised panel cabinets (yuk). A realtor friend came by before we were even finished and told us we had a $50K kitchen, about 10 times our cash investment in cabinets. I wish I could post a photo.
nice light wood toneBrianThis door style is a great choice for budget price yet very attractive. Goes great with the white cabinets if you do not want to use end panels it looks fine with the white visible on ends.
