Easy and better than dehydratedStephanieThe potatoes come as little frozen cylinders, so it’s easy to make just the amount you want. They have a creamy flavor, and can be eaten plain, but I would some extra spices/seasonings if not covering with gravy. They thaw/heat quickly and are a great convenience food. The instructions are for stovetop, but I suspect you could make them in the microwave pretty easily. I added a small splashes of water periodically while heating until I got the consistency I wanted (as per package recommendations). Served with Ikea’s plant-based (pea protein) veggie balls and an instant mushroom gravy for a low effort yummy dinner.
