Defective drawer slidersSalomaI bought the Alex drawer for my office to match my husbands Alex Drawers. After almost completing the installment the drawers now won’t go in because the pre installed sliders are installed in the wrong place. Do I return it halfway build?? because I not taking this apart just to return it.
Great Base for a Desk SetupShannanWe used two of these Alex drawer units as a base for my daughter-in-law's computer office setup. Added a custom cut butcher block top and it looks amazing. Drawer units are well made and easy to assemble. Very strong as well so don't worry about weight. I have even stood on the desk to install the floating shelves and the units never budged. Great item for a very good price.
Turned out beautifulAnonymousWent perfectly. Turned out really nice. Have a glass of wine and be patient with those screws using a manual screwdriver. I used 4 large, picture hanging, velcro command strips on the four corners on the top of each cabinet and laid the tabletop on top and pressed them together. Worked great. Everything lined up and went great!

Everything I was looking forDorothyPackaging was great, all hardware was accounted for. Easy to put together and all holes lined up. The drawers are nice sizes and open and shut great. I highly recommend this Alex drawer.
Exactly what I neededTonyaThis is exactly what I needed. Took longer than expected to put together. I mixed up the drawer boards, upside down, which means after putting together the drawers would not fit. Had to take apart to flip. Uggghhh. Would be nice if there was an indication on which end she be the top. It has to be correct in order for the drawers to fit. Other than that so far have no issues.
Not an easy build.BrendaThe build on this was difficult, with the screws separating as they were put in, causing the face of the drawers to be unstable. The size and shape are good, but I am disappointed in how it came together. It will have to be replaced sooner rather than later.
The rapid quality drop is painfulRen QiangThis is the second Alex Drawer I purchased in 4 years, I had to returned the first one because it didn't fit my orginal space, and I wish I didn't return it.
The quality of the new drawer is so bad, the laminates doesn't feel high quality, and it doesn't stick properly in some area. There are many gaps and holes, and the drawers don't open and close smoothly.

deskTracieI purchased this with other items to create a craft table. Very easy to put together. Great addition. One of the drawer didn't slide open/closed as well as the others. I used a wax lubricant and it worked great
DisappointedEvelynThe screws on the side of the drawers makes it hard for them to open and shut smoothly, it gets stuck half way and I keep trying to screw them in more for them to not get stuck but nothing works.

Super useful drawer unitAndyI have so many Alex drawer units in both the short and tall versions. They are a great way to add drawers in for just storage or in this case I used them to support a table top. It can be challenging to get teh screws engaged with the top through the top of the drawer unit, but it looks great once you get it all assembled.
Would recommendMilindaIt took a little time to build but it is a solid piece of furniture! I plan to order a 2nd one because of the winter sale! I do kind of wished I got the wider one but it’s ok! I’ll have 5 extra drawers!
By itself it’s a small dresser….BethanyBy itself it’s a small dresser But combined with a deck top and legs it makes a fine desk.
