Temperature regulating material above 3 carefully selected layers of foam for support and comfort.
The top layer stays cooler as you sleep and helps to regulate your body temperature during the night.
Sportwear fibers are added to the cover so it transports moisture and heat away.
5 comfort zones right where you need them support your hips and shoulders, creating a natural spine alignment that helps you sleep more relaxed.
To be completed with a slatted bed base or a slatted mattress base.
All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.
Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

Hard as a rockJosefineI usually like somewhat firm mattresses . We purchased the medium firm and thought that the fact that it is 100$ more expensive than the Akrehamn would mean it’s better . What a disappointment . The mattress didn’t give or bounce at all, hard as a rock. Impossible to sleep on for side sleepers. We really gave it a fair try and used it for a couple of weeks before giving up. I am so glad that IKEA has a good return policy. We got our credit back and bought the Akrehamn which is a much more comfortable (and cheaper) mattress.

I when to IKEA to look ; some bed and mattress- I was really like Abrotten I got all set and I happy to hot and it’s so relaxing sleeping in that bed 🛌
The only I didn’t like that in here you had to assemble everything :( They should be assembled before you delivered more when are for seniors . The rest I am happy to buy that Bed & mattress. Than You !!

Great for first few months, horrible nowSamanthaI’ve had a previous IKEA mattress for the past 6 years I lived in Germany. I moved back to the States and knew I’d get another IKEA one. This mattress was at first fine, but after a few months it started sinking. Now a year later it’s unbearable to sleep in. It sinks way too much and provides no support!

Sinks after a few monthsSeanIKEA is the brand that got me to consider how good a foam mattress can be, however the one I slept on originally was from an out of stock model. I tried this one and started using it January 2026, only after about four months it starts dipping in the middle. I use the IKEA Malm queen frame with the Luroy curved slats. I would like help with my warranty, because this product is not as firm as it claims.
Nice mattressJeffreyI am using this mattress without a box spring on a metal frame with metal bars and cannot feel the bars at all when laying down on it I did get the less firm one though cause the firmer one felt too hard
Unsleepable!VickyLet’s start by saying that I got this mattress by error of the employee. I wanted to purchase the medium firm, the QR code provided for me to pay for was the firm (the name is the same) did not noticed until at home and after leaving the mattress expand for the 72 hrs. Had to go back and return it as this is not firm, is as hard as if you were sleeping in the floor. Material seemed good, not too thick, but truly cannot sleep on it.
Extremely deceptive description by IkeaLisetteI purchased my first ever mattress from Ikea in June 2025 , I described to the sales person my needs and asked questions and listen to her recommendations . During the first few months I thought that my discomfort was due to a recent move, unpacking many boxed, etc and I had no reason to believe that my back pain was due to this mattress until I spent a few weeks away from home and noticed that I was getting a restfull night's sleep EVEN after long days of walking sometimes 10 miles a day, long hours on buses and even longer plane rides..no pain. When I returned home, again the restless nights sleep recurred. By then it ws too late to return and here I am, trying to load up the mattress with several toppers, and considering tossing this mattress .
