It’s a shape that’s used throughout the series, from chairs to tables. “The frame gives NÄMMARÖ a uniform and contemporary look. It’s also modular thinking that simplifies the production and lowers the cost. And since NÄMMARÖ doesn’t have any curved shapes, the products are easy to pack in flat packages.” It contributes to a lower price and saves valuable space during transport – all the way from the factory to the customer’s home.

Do Not Buy These!!RyanThe chairs are nice to sit it but I wish I never bought this because I'm CONSTANTLY needed to tighten them. The entire design is flawed. I wouldn't take these if they were free. It doesn't matter how tight you screw this chair up, every single bolt will lose in a day or two. I have a bunch of IKEA furniture. Sometimes things loosen up over time but these chairs are just impossible. Every time I go out to sit on these chairs and I'm required to bring an allen key with me. I wish I could have my money back.

Close but not quite perfectKristinI bought two of these chairs to fit on my tiny outdoor patio, and they are the appropriate size. The only problem is that on both of them one of the armrests is not smooth, like it wasn't properly finished. I am concerned that a guest could get a splinter in their arm. I am going to try sanding them down and may have to re-stain the wood. It should be easy, but the point is that I expect better of IKEA. I've never before encountered a quality issue with this company.

The style , (with cushions added) makes them a comfy squat to sit for hours. My only concern would be how the chairs sqeak when sitting and moving around. I was thinking I may be able to add some washers to see if that helps to tighten them once they're reassembled from my move. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase/price and hope they last a bit.

The first one took about 30 mins to put together but every one after that was about 15 mins once I knew what I was doing.
