Some CaveatsHilaryOur main issue is really a particular one. The spoon sizes are on the extreme ends so if you’re hoping for a general teaspoon size move on. The large spoon is fine but the smaller spoon is tiny! More sugar spoon or kid spoon sized. Also, most of my four sets came with rough edges from manufacturing on the top/front handle edge and luckily I’m a jewelry maker so I took them into my studio to both smooth the edges and re-polish. Tiny details which is why they still get 4 stars. They’ll work but we are going to buy a set of regular-sized spoons since no one likes the tiny ones. I should’ve looked closer at the product photos for comparison!4

Great design, poor quality controlPeterThese are well-weighted, comfortable, and visually appealing utensils. They’re priced very well too and offer good value. But the QC is lacking (which everyone knows is part of the reason Ikea offers such good prices, so it’s somewhat expected). Three of the pieces have already formed small rust spots after less than a month of regular use, and one piece has completely rusted to the point where it looks like it’s ancient and would be found as a relic of society thousands of years from now. But even with these rust issues, it’s still good value and I’d recommend them overall.4

Knives & Forks Rust EasilyCaitlinWe purchased multiple sets over the past half year and while some of them are fine (spoons mostly), many have either rusted on the first wash in our washing machine or rusted over time. We thought it may have been a fluke, a bad batch, but in an order recieved a few days ago two of the knives rusted in their first wash. The knives and forks have been most vulnerable to rust.1
