Dies after a few daysIvannaYou have to constantly change the batteries in this mirror. Even after buying a new pack of batteries and removing them after each use, the mirror still dies in the span of 3 days. It’s really frustrating. Don’t recommend.

perfect lighting for make upAmyworks great on makeup table . 3 x on one side is helpful as well as the adjustable lighting . As a side note my dog knocked it over and it withstood the drop with no problems
DisappointingRaphaelQuite disappointing quality. The finish is very approximative with burrs and scuffs on the edges. For this price I would have expected for it to come with a lithium ion battery (I know it says on the packaging that batteries are excluded but still, this is not worth the current price of 40$!).
light issuesChristinaThe light won't stay working. Either it's faulty or it uses too much battery. Batteries died within a month, replaced, stopped working within days.
won't work without ikea's batteriesSheenaif you attempt to use any batteries besides ikea's own rechargeables this lamp doesn't even turn on. so i don't understand why it says these batteries are "recommended" and not "required" when they are required. this is a crucially important bit of info that was not mentioned anywhere. that's the reason this mirror is so cheap compared to similar ones elsewhere.
Exactly what I neededPatriciaI love how this can light on either side and how the lights can be adjusted. I also appreciate having just a 3x magnifying glass on one side - it magnifies just enough so that I can see details for eyebrow makeup, but not so close that I can't see both eyes to make sure I'm applying the makeup evenly. One of my best purchases!

Sleek design, but short-lived.NicoleI loved the look of the EKFÄNN mirror and was excited once I got it set up. Unfortunately, it stopped working within a week. I tried multiple sets of fresh batteries, but it won’t turn on again. Disappointing for such a stylish piece.
