I have neuropathy in my hands and these knives are the easiest to work with. I love this set! The bread knife cuts through the crustiest sourdough like butter, no struggle at all.

These knives came out of the box champions to the point if you are not careful you will lose your digits. When it comes to maintaining your knives all you need to do is wash, dry and buff. Do not fit in HYVLA knife blockDanielThese will not fit together in the wooden knife block IKEA sells. The block has two wide slots and three narrow slots, but three of the knives in this set require a wide slot. I think it was reasonable of us to expect that they would fit, as the description does not say otherwise.
