batteries died very quicklyAnonymous reviewerI've had this for about 6 months, and only turn the light on for a couple of minutes while I'm using it. so the light has only been on for maybe 20 minutes total. but the batteries have already died. I think this is draining them even when not in use.
it would have been way better if there had been a rechargeable battery installed. I would have been ok with occasionally plugging it in to recharge and it probably would have lasted longer.
Light Does Not WorkMartinLike several others I have purchased and installed this mirror only to be unable to get it to turn on, despite installing my own fresh batteries. I will be returning it and recommend others just go for the cheaper unlighted FRÄCK mirror.
Lighted wall mount mirrorDanielleBought light while on vacation in Florida. Got home to NY and installed and light does not light. Very disappointed. After price of mirror and then to pay for extra suitcase of 75.00 and it not work and no store within 150 miles it was a huge loss for me!
Light does not workJenniferIt is super difficult to turn the light on, the light button is like a touch pad button so there’s no clicking when I turn the light on or adjust the brightness. I can’t get the light to turn on when I want, I have to try multiple times by tapping it super gentle. The light turns off after about 2 minutes of it being on. I’ve fully charged the light but issue persist.

joints too stiff, plastic stickyJenniferWhile the lighting was nice, the joints where it was supposed to rotate were so stiff that I wouldn't have been able to mount it to the sturdily enough to move it without ripping it out of the wall. The plastic of the joints was sticky, as if it was breaking down already.
Very practicalMaryThis mirror will tuck away in any corner of a small bath and spring to action when needed. We hung ours with the control on top to keep it above the wainscoting. We use it every day!
