IKEA Chest and Dresser Safety Recall

Act now to make sure your home is safe. If you own a chest/ dresser that was included in the June 2016 recall or the KULLEN-3 recall, there are several ways you can participate in these recalls.
Four ways you can participate in this recall:
Return your chest/ dresser to a store
If you do not want to anchor the product to your wall, you can return your chest/ dresser to the store for a refund.
Request pickup/ refund for your chest/ dresser
If you do not want to anchor your chest/ dresser to the wall, and prefer not to return the chest/ dresser to the store yourself, contact us and we will come to your house, pick the chest/ dresser up, and give you a refund free of charge.
Request a free wall-anchoring kit.
If you would like to request a kit to anchor your chest or dresser to the wall, and would like to anchor it yourself, please request a wall anchor kit or reference our wall anchoring guide below.
Request chest/ dresser anchoring
If you would like to anchor your chest/dresser to the wall, but prefer not to do this yourself, contact us and we will send someone to your home to secure the chest/ dresser for you free of charge.
Is your chest or dresser included in the KULLEN-3 or June 2016 Safety Recall?
The recalled KULLEN 3-drawer chests were manufactured and sold from 2005 through 2019. You can check the product label on the inside of the top or side frame of the unit for the label below to determine if your chest is included in the recall.
IKEA chests and dressers subject to the June 2016 recall were manufactured and sold through June 2016. To determine whether your unit is subject to the recall, please view the full list below.
You can also check the product label on the inside of the top or side frame of the unit for a date code lower than “1622”.
