My delivery is late. Where is it?
Check out the delivery communications you should have received by SMS or email for an update, or go to the 'track my order' page.
We're sorry to hear that your order is running a bit late. The first thing you should check if your delivery is behind schedule is the delivery communications you should have received either by SMS or email. The communication would be from IKEA or one of our delivery partners. This should have live tracking information available to you. If you have not received this information, you can check out the 'track and manage my order' page on our website for an update.
If your delivery is a day or more late, please let us know.
