I have lost my physical IKEA Family card, where can I report it?
Don't worry! The card itself has no monetary value and there is no need to block it or request for a replacement, instead you can use the digital version of your card that you can find in your IKEA account on the IKEA app.
Your IKEA Family card holds no monetary value, and there’s no need to report it if lost or stolen. We no longer send out new physical cards. Instead, we recommend that you use the digital version of the card when shopping in-store, which you can find by logging into your IKEA Family account in the IKEA app.
