Can I access my receipts somewhere if I have lost the physical one?

Good news: if you're an IKEA Family member, you can find your receipt online if you used your member number at checkout (online or in-store). Log in to IKEA Family
If you didn't use your IKEA Family member number at checkout, contact us with the following information (which can be found on a bank statement): date of purchase, amount of purchase, store of purchase, and the last four digits of the card used.
Please note: proof of purchase is required for refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.

If you are an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network customer, you can find your receipts and invoices online by logging into your account and navigating your Purchase History. Invoices are also attached to your order confirmation email.
