What if I need replacement bookshelf pins or other hardware?
You can order free pins and other hardware (screws, dowels, etc.) from our Self-Serve Spare Parts page.
Please visit our Self-Serve Spare Parts page and follow the instructions to have hardware shipped to you free of charge. If the required hardware does not have a 6-digit part number, please visit the recovery department at your local IKEA store location to see if it is available.
You can find the hardware number by clicking the product you want via IKEA.com, navigating to the Product details section and then clicking Assembly & documents.
Should you require any additional assistance, please visit our Customer Service page.
