How can I reschedule or cancel my Taskrabbit assembly appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your Taskrabbit assembly service, you can reach out to to your assigned Tasker directly in the Taskrabbit chat thread.

You can reschedule your Taskrabbit assembly appointment at any time! If you have already been assigned to a Tasker, you can contact the Tasker via the Taskrabbit chat thread to reschedule your appointment. If you have not yet been assigned to a Tasker, you can also contact IKEA and we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

If you want to cancel your Taskrabbit assembly appointment, please go to Taskrabbit.com, log in and cancel the assembly via the 'Current Task' page or the 'My Task Details'. If you experience any challenges with your cancellation, you can also contact IKEA to get help with your cancellation.  

Please keep in mind that a fee may be charged if you reschedule or cancel your assembly service within 24 hours of the scheduled assembly. Please also note that when your assembly appointment is rescheduled, it may not always be the same Tasker conducting your assembly. Taskers are also not obliged to accept a new date or time.
