Does IKEA offer upholstery products (Sofa, Loveseat, Chair, Ottoman, etc.) removal when a similar product is purchased at the store or online?

The fee for pickup is $25 for each item when a similar item is purchased. 

Store Purchases

At this time, you must visit your nearest IKEA store to make these arrangements for store purchases.

If a pickup has not already been arranged, you will need to return to the store of purchase to arrange and pay for it. 

It is important to note that not all store locations are participating quite yet, so call us via 888-888-4532 to confirm. If your location is out 100 or more miles this would be considered "out of market" and we may be unable to accomodate your request. 

If your store of purchase is not participating, please check out these alternative pickup options.

Alternative pickup options:

• Rent a dumpster
• Hire a junk removal service
• Take it to a scrap dealer
• Haul it to a local landfill
• Schedule a free donation pickup (examples include GreenDrop, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Pick Up Please, Furniture Bank, The Arc, AMVETS)

Online Purchases

Due to the varied geographic range and complexity of our logistics companies' service areas and their use of different contractors in different zip codes it is important to note that not all contractors are participating quite yet. 

If your location is out 100 or more miles this would be considered "out of market" and we may be unable to accomodate your request. If the location is not participating in upholstery product removals, you will be informed by a phones rep.
