How do I order bigger spare parts?

If you'd like to order a bigger spare part or are unable to find the spare part number, you can reach out to Customer Service online or in IKEA stores.

 
You can order bigger spare parts if you need to renew a product that you already own but is out of warranty. Bigger spare parts that do not have 6-8 identification numbers require assistance from a co-worker to identify and order. Here’s how you can order big spare parts.
How to place the order online? 
You can contact IKEA Customer Service online to order bigger spare parts. A co-worker will help you identify the part you're missing, the availability and price of the part you need. If the part is in stock, they will help you complete the order and arrange the delivery for you. Please have your order number or receipt close at hand when reaching out to a co-worker. 
How to place the order in-stores? 
If you choose to visit an IKEA store, make sure that you bring your purchase invoice or receipt with you. If you have used your IKEA Family account at the time of purchase, you can also access your receipt by logging in and viewing your Purchase history. Once at the store, head to the Customer Service desk, usually located near the store entrance or exit. An IKEA co-worker will assist you in identifying the missing part. If the part is in stock, you may be able to take it home immediately. If not, the co-worker can help arrange a home delivery for you when the part is in stock.
How to order spare parts for discontinued products? 
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued, please type "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call 1-888-888-4532. A co-worker will help you to check for the parts you need, their availability and cost, and order it for you if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out.
What are the delivery options available? 
You can choose to have your bigger spare part delivered to your doorstep, or opt for the Click and Collect option if your order is linked to your IKEA Family account. Delivery for big spare parts takes up to three weeks.
How to track the order? 
After ordering your bigger spare part, you will receive a confirmation email. For bigger spare parts, a tracking link will be provided in the confirmation email so you can track the status of your delivery.
