How do I provide specific feedback about my store or online experience?

Your feedback helps us make improvements, so we'd love to hear more about your experience - if you have the time!
It's our intention to be as transparent as possible with our customers and resolve any issues that occur, so your feedback will be used as a learning tool. 
You can provide a general or even a detailed account of your store or online experience from our primary IKEA.com site, by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the Feedback link. This link is located within the Help section and will enable you to provide information on:
  • An IKEA service
  • The IKEA catalogue
  • An IKEA app
  • An IKEA planning tool (e.g. kitchen planner)
  • An IKEA product
  • An IKEA store
  • The IKEA website
  • Customer Support
  • Any other topic you may want to provide feedback on 
After clicking the Feedback link, click the Give Feedback link to proceed.
Please note that feedback given via this section will not receive a direct response but will be submitted to our corporate team for review and careful consideration. We're constantly learning that we can do more to renew and improve, and your feedback helps us make these changes.
