Parking at IKEA

Coming by car? Enjoy free parking at IKEA Tampines. Shop for as long as you like with no maximum stay. Disabled and family-friendly parking bays are available near our entrance.

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is available at a rate of $0.45/kWh.
You will find eight (8) charging lots on P1 Level and six (6) charging lots on P2 Level open for public use.

To start using the EV charger, download the CHARGE+ app from iOS App store or Android Play Store. See terms and conditions here.

At IKEA, we are committed to reducing carbon emissions from deliveries. Please note that EV charging lots located at Pillar I, row 5 and 6 on Parking Level 2 are reserved for IKEA commercial vehicles only.

Charity Car Wash by Soap and Support

Spend $128 and redeem a free car wash at the carpark. Limited to the first 20 redemptions per day.

Carpark lots 351-361 will be temporarily cordoned off from 11am – 7pm on 7-8 February at IKEA Tampines for a charity car wash event.

Thank you for your understanding.

Once fully redeemed, customers may donate $20 for a car wash.

Redemption is valid for customers with a minimum spend of $128 on home furnishing items, on a single and same-day original receipt.

Redemption is based on a first come first serve basis, with limited spots available. Redemption closes at 6.30pm.

Redemption is not valid for online purchases, purchases of IKEA Gift Card(s), food items and services (including assembly, installation, delivery and sewing).

To be eligible for redemption, only original receipts from IKEA in good condition will be accepted. Photocopied or photographed receipts or credit card/NETS slips will not be accepted.

IKEA reserves the right to cancel the activity without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.

IKEA shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons which at any time may have suffered or sustained during the car wash.

By participating or entering the premises, you consent to IKEA, IKEA staff, IKEA affiliates and appointed partners to capture or record their photos and videos during the event and grant the rights of possession of the above-described and have full permission to use for marketing purposes.

In-store assistance

You will find wheelchair access to all areas and loan wheelchairs on request at the entrance, Level 3.

There are wide pathways in the store for easy manoeuvre for those using wheelchairs.

Assistance animals are always welcome.

Parking

We have designated wide access parking lots near the store entrance.

Amenities

The wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on Level 3 and Level 4.

Family-friendly

We have baby changing & nursing rooms located on Level 3 and Level 4. Children are welcome to visit Småland – the perfect play area for jumping, climbing, running and bouncing! Find out more about our family-friendly facilities here.

Ang pow redemption is open to the first 150 IKEA customers daily with any purchase, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each customer is entitled to one pack of ang pow, regardless of the amount spent, while stocks last.
Ang pow redemption only applies at IKEA Alexandra Checkout on Level 1, IKEA Jurong Checkout on Level 4 and IKEA Tampines Checkout on Level 3.
