Worst product I bought from iKeaHengThe worst product I bought from iKea. Tried on three surfaces, glass, metal surface and laminated cabinet wall, all fall down without me even hanging anything on it. My cheap rubber suction cup manage to do a better job and still working on the glass surface. A more expensive products from elsewhere does its job for the past few months on the same cabinet laminated surface. These are useless and because of my confidence with iKea products, I threw away the receipt and customer service refused to refund even though she mentioned iKea got quite a few complains on this product already. I can't imagine the product is still on sale and others may face the same bad experience as me. This is the most disappointing experience I have with iKea.

The original set I purchased in 2024 and I’ve only recently gotten this replacement though I haven’t needed to use it yet.
It also holds up well over time without developing mold around the rubber and it’s very easy to clean.
