The second hand gets stuckThe second hand gets stuck when it crosses the minute hand. I had to dismantle the clock to fix the 2 hands to keep them apart.
It has a desired sizeJinIt has a desired size and looks sharp. It is recommended that the products have more color base to choose from.
No good designWongNo good. The minutes hand and seconds hand are almost the same thickness and same colour. Easily mistaken the time by seeing the seconds hand. Why not you thicken the minutes hand and paint red to seconds hand? For eg. Mondaine clock design, that is a perfect design.
Also, can you design some clock that the hook is at the centre of the clock. Now this clock hook is at upper part of the clock, very difficult to align properly to my existing wall nail.

Viewing Efficiency Can Be ImprovedHengThe clock face color reduces the contrast with the numerals. In the store, bright lighting was directed at the clocks displayed and gave the impression the face was white and the numbers standing out clearly.
The numerals are proportionally too large with respect to the total display area, making the presentation awkward.
The second hand is hard to pick out with a quick glance. It is the same color as the other hands and its length is nearly the same as the minute hand. I often use the clock to determine an elapsed time of 5s from a moment in time by looking up at the clock, but the time spent searching for the second hand eats up 1 to 2 seconds, forcing me to do some arithmetic to get the required duration right.

The numbers on the clockSimonThe numbers on the clock should have been vertical instead of slanted. Only 12 and 6 are vertical. The rest are slanted.

The contrast between numerals/hour/minute hands and background beige color is not so good.
Would be better if background is white color.

Reliable and lightweight, but oversized digits can be dizzyingSunReview
This clock is impressively light and keeps time perfectly—no drift at all. It works great as a practical timepiece. However, the digits are extremely large and packed closely together, which makes them hard to read at a glance; you often have to stare for a moment to make out the exact time. The problem is worse in dim light. An adjustable brightness or a more balanced font size would be a big improvement. I’d recommend it for wall mounting in a living room, but not for a bedside table where you need a quick, clear read.
