Perfect but insufficientMohdThe product was delivered as per list but the assembly crew is not to my expectations. My explaination to that is the delivery man look at the space of my room and immediately say that he needed more room to assemble the wardrobe. I said that I can’t move the bed as it’s a storage bed and it’s quite heavy but have space to set it up. He refuses and told me that I can cancel the assembly and IKEA can refund the charges. The point that I’m trying to highlight is that, your crew should try to assemble even though the space is limited. Finally I assemble it myself and I manage to do it alone. It might take a awhile as the space is limited but if your crew do it, it might take a shorter time. Your assembly crew should be more productive and try to please the client even with limited space. Don’t just simply say no just because the space is limited.5
