Desk is good I suppose, but your staff misordered itBenWe visited your Tampines store and while browsing the desk section, saw the Mittzon desk, so we decided to buy two (one for each of our children) and took a photo of the desk showing the product code. We also put two of the Rissla deskpads and two of the Koppla extension power blocks which are designed to fit within the desk.
When in the warehouse area we approached one of your staff and showed him the photo of the desk we wanted to buy including the product code.
He had to search to find the correct product but eventually found it and printed an order for two of them to be delivered to our home.
When the desks arrived, I assembled both of them, but was surprised that the Rissla desk mats were too long and partially covered the Koppla power blocks.
I realised that although the photo we showed your staff member was of the Mittzon desk with the 120x80cm desktop, what he ordered was the smaller ones with the 120x60 desktop.
I'm disappointed with the experience, but not sure what to do, as already unpacked and assembled the desks.
