The hardwearing sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating reduces the risk of food burning or getting stuck.
The heat is highest at the bottom, and the sloping sides make the food drop down. Constantly stir the food for a crisp result.
The pan has a rounded interior, which makes stirring and beating easy.
The flat bottom allows you to use the wok on different cooking surfaces and enjoy the same tasty results.
Extra handle makes the wok easy to lift.

Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.
This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.
Wash this product before using it for the first time.
Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?
Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.

I used simple and basic shapes like circles and ovals to create knobs and handles with generous and soft lines that provide a good grip – while also adding a lot of character. I hope that many people will appreciate the timeless design and that items in the MIDDAGSMAT series will be faithful companions in the kitchen for many years to come."
