    The glass part is dishwasher-safe. The lid should be washed by hand.

    Clean the stopper after each use and leave it to dry before next use.

    The stopper should not be in constant contact with any liquid.

Started using the bottle butLauraStarted using the bottle but not the cork stopper because the cork has that woody smell. Any other material without the smell would be better. Also can the bottle be slightly thinner then it will fit nicely in my fridge. Thanks for listening4

Material

What is cork?

Cork comes from cork oak bark which is carefully cut from the tree’s trunk. It then takes about nine years until the tree forms new bark that can be harvested. Since a cork oak can live to be aged 150-200, each one produces a lot of cork during its lifetime. Cork has several good qualities as a material: it’s lightweight, flexible, waterproof and naturally resists fire. We use it in furniture and accessories.
