IdealiskArnoldI am very disappointed with the quality of Idealisk. I have purchased a few of these products, and I've encountered the same issue each time. The lever that holds the plate to squeeze the potatoes or vegetables always bends. As a result, you end up not being able to smash the potatoes properly or extract juice from certain vegetables.

What is stainless steel?
