Missing screws and plastic feetPayAfter opening the package, it came to my attention that no screw and no plastic feet were provided which i confirmed against the online assembly instructions. I hope the whole experience is limited to just this issue. Looking forward to exchange for a complete set.1
Room for improvementKohThe bottom base for the 4 legs is made of hard plastic. It cannot be fitted into 4 angled legs. From my observation, it is due to the folded edges are too big to fit into the hard plastic base. It serves no purpose. It may a manufacturer defect?3
Purchase of 2 Hyllis racksVincentIkea did a very good job in designing & selling this Hyllis metal rack. It's perfect for our purpose. It's so nice that we even place them in our bedroom for storage. However, the assembly took a lot of time & strength to screw in the tight fitting screws properly.
One bad thing is that one of the racks had 3 of the shelves dented. I had to use a mallet to knock them back in order but the dent is still quite visible.5

HYLLISI would say for the price it is a good deal.
After fixing the shelf, it is not very stable. The screws are too short and the alignment of the shelf not so easy to fix, but we managed to.
Hopefully it can last.3
