The wheels are not moving wellAnonymous reviewerAfter assembly at my house, the assemblers told me the wheels will get smoother after some time. It is clearly false information!
Quality issueKennyFirst of all, my wife loves the color of the chair—it’s exactly what we were hoping for. However, I’m not satisfied with the rollers. They don’t roll smoothly, and we have to drag the chair from one spot to another, which defeats the purpose of having wheels. I hope the supplier can look into improving the quality of the rollers in future versions.

Nice and comfortable seatCheeI am buying this for my petite child so that he can seat properly at dining table. The seat height is adjustable up to 21 inches which fits him. Unfortunately Ikea does not do inventory transfer between outlets, we went to the Alexandra outlet and found that beige colour was out of stock, we had to go to Tampines outlet to buy it. That's a bad user experience.
I hope they can do transfer between outlets. While it is possible to order o line and have it delivered, the delivery charge is 60 percent of the chair price.
