Quality issueKennyFirst of all, my wife loves the color of the chair—it’s exactly what we were hoping for. However, I’m not satisfied with the rollers. They don’t roll smoothly, and we have to drag the chair from one spot to another, which defeats the purpose of having wheels. I hope the supplier can look into improving the quality of the rollers in future versions.
