Good buy if you are looking for simple but with purposeClaraJust a simple and good bed to fulfill its purpose. Could be a bit more stylish if one wants to change the drawers handles. Otherwise pretty bland looking bed but again for what it does, it’s pretty good value for money! You get one or two people to sleep, storage or the other way around, space for when its shutdown…
Highly funtional but trickySajeevThough highly functional but this would be one of the hardest product we have had to assemble. The other downside we have observed post assembly is that edges are very sharp especially when you configure the bed as twin bed

BRIMNES Day-Bed with 2 Drawers/2 Mattresses - Versatile Comfort and Smart StorageHannaThe BRIMNES Day-Bed is a fantastic multi-functional piece of furniture that offers both style and practicality. After setting it up and using it, here’s my detailed review:
Design and Aesthetics (5/5)
The sleek, minimalist design fits effortlessly into any room, from guest bedrooms to living spaces. Its clean lines and neutral color make it a versatile choice for various decor styles. The bed has a modern and compact look, perfect for small spaces where functionality is key.
Functionality (5/5)
This day-bed serves multiple purposes:
Day-Bed: A comfortable spot for lounging or sitting during the day.
Bed: Pulls out smoothly to transform into a spacious double bed for guests.
Storage: Two large drawers provide ample storage for bedding, pillows, or other essentials, helping keep the space tidy and organized.
Comfort (4. 5/5)
The two included mattresses are comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. While they are suitable for occasional use, those who use it daily as a bed may consider upgrading to higher-quality mattresses for added comfort. The dual-use design is ideal for guests or as a secondary sleeping option.
Durability (4. 5/5)
The construction is sturdy, with a solid frame that feels durable. The pull-out mechanism is smooth and easy to operate, and the drawers glide effortlessly. The materials feel strong enough to handle regular use, but proper assembly is crucial for stability.
Ease of Installation (2/5)
Assembly is time-intensive and requires patience, as there are many components to put together. The instructions are clear, but it took me the whole day to assemble it without prior experience. For two people, it might take approximately 3–4 hours—so definitely get a buddy if you want to finish faster and sleep early. The pre-drilled holes and labeled parts were helpful, but aligning the pull-out bed frame and drawers required extra attention and care.
Value for Money (4. 5/5)
At $557. 00, the BRIMNES Day-Bed offers excellent value considering its multi-functionality, built-in storage, and included mattresses. While there are more affordable options, the quality and features justify the price for those seeking a durable, space-saving solution.
Overall Impression
The BRIMNES Day-Bed with 2 Drawers/2 Mattresses is a smart and stylish choice for anyone looking to maximize space without compromising on comfort or aesthetics. It’s perfect for small apartments, guest rooms, or as a dual-purpose piece of furniture. While the assembly takes time, the end result is well worth it. Highly recommended for its functionality, storage, and modern design.

The bedframe provides flexibility forOiThe bedframe provides flexibility for space.
The provided mattresses have a strong industrial smell. The mattresses are too hard. The springs protrude and are not comfortable to sleep on. The mattresses come with “outdoor” feel fabric cover which does not feel cozy. The length falls short of 200cm leaving a big gap. The contractor assembled the bed skeleton incorrectly and only noticed when I point it out.
Appreciated the exchange service. With the replacement mattresses, the bed meets our expectation better.
