The provided mattresses have a strong industrial smell. The mattresses are too hard. The springs protrude and are not comfortable to sleep on. The mattresses come with “outdoor” feel fabric cover which does not feel cozy. The length falls short of 200cm leaving a big gap. The contractor assembled the bed skeleton incorrectly and only noticed when I point it out.
Appreciated the exchange service. With the replacement mattresses, the bed meets our expectation better.
