Not as good as beforeAmyI had this before. There's also one in the plastic version. I like the plastic version but it's no longer available. The previous wooden version is also heavier and sturdier. This new version is lighter and has a chip on the first step as the wood seems to chip easily. I will be doing an exchange soon.2

Second purchaseRichendaI prefer the first one I bought many years ago, the material and measurements are now different. My first Bekvam stool feels stronger and sturdier as a step stool compared to this latest rendition. Cost performance is still pretty good.3
