Terms and conditions for MyTengah Privilege Programme

  1. MyTengah offers are only for registered MyTengah Privilege members.
    MyTengah Privilege e-card and I/C must be produced at the point of purchase to the IKEA staff in order to enjoy offers.
  2. MyTengah offers are only available for in-store purchase at IKEA Jurong at Jem, Singapore. It is not applicable for purchases at IKEA Alexandra, Tampines nor online purchases.
  3. Premium Tier: Minimum spend of $5,000 on IKEA home furnishings will entitle members to:
    a)     10% discount for purchases up to a maximum spend of $30,000 per member.
    b)    Free consultancy by appointment basis at IKEA Jurong, subject to availability of time slots
    c)     Free delivery (max. 3 free trips) for Home Package purchases. Delivery is only from IKEA to member’s HDB unit in Tengah.
  4. Standard Tier: Minimum spend of $500 in a single receipt will entitle members to :
    a)     10% discount for home furnishing products.
  5. 10% discount can be stacked on top of other discounts, unless otherwise stated.
  6. MyTengah offers are valid for up to a period of six months after the member’s HDB key collection date.
  7. Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  8. Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject or retract the issuance of the discount and/or benefits at any time.
