Swedish Lottery terms & conditions

• Only for IKEA Family members​.
• Valid for purchases of Home Furnishings products only, from 2 November to 20 December 2026, at IKEA Tampines, IKEA Alexandra, IKEA Jurong, and Online.​
• Excludes purchase of IKEA Gift Card, IKEA Food items, booking of services (delivery, assembly, installation).​
• Requests to split or combine receipts are not allowed.​
• The winning transaction number (10-digit) will be revealed on 23 December, Wed @ 7pm via the IKEA Singapore website and official social channels.​
• The winner must present their original receipt or invoice at the IKEA Tampines Exchange and Returns, between 24 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 to claim the prize.​
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited from 4 January 2027.​
• Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject any vouchers suspected of being tampered with, if online purchases are cancelled before delivery, or to halt or change the terms of this promotion without prior notice.​

• Tickets must be issused by 31 March 2027 and flown by 30 November 2027.

Snow experience terms & conditions

• Activity is open to all IKEA customers. Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Snow session run every 30 minutes and last 15 minutes each.
• For your safety, please be mindful of your surrounding and keep clear of the roads. Please note that floor may become wet and slippery. You are advised to wear appropriate footwear and walk carefully at all time.
• IKEA reserves the right to cancel the activity without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.

Christmas movie time terms & conditions

• Activity is open to all IKEA customers. Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Seatings are limited and is based on first-come-first-served basis.  
• No eating and drinking is allowed in the room setting.
• Recording, photographing, livestreaming or reproducing any part of the featured film is strictly prohibited.
• IKEA reserves the right to cancel the activity without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.

• Photo-taking activity is open to all IKEA customers. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Each appearance session is 45 minutes.
• Treats from Santa is only given to children aged 5 to 12 years old. Limited to one per child, while stocks last.
• IKEA reserves the right to cancel the activity without prior notice in the event of unforeseen  circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.

• Photo-taking activity is open to all IKEA customers. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Each meet and greet session duration is 45 minutes.
• For the safety and comfort of the mascot performer, participants should refrain from pulling, pushing, climbing on or making physical contact with the mascot unless requested.
• IKEA reserves the right to cancel the activity without prior notice in the event of unforeseen  circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation.
• IKEA shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons which at any time may  have suffered or sustained during the activities.

Vinterland sticker trail terms & conditions

• Activity is open to children aged 5–12 years old. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Participants can collect stickers by visiting the designated stations around the IKEA store. Sticker design varies by station and date.
• Only one sticker per station will be given to each child per day, while stocks last. Stickers are not exchangeable.

• Workshop is open to all IKEA Family Kids Club members aged 4 to 12 years old.
• Participation is limited to 20 slots per session. Registration on IKEA Family Kids Club website is required based on a first come first served basis.
• Each child is limited to one participation per craft activity, multiple registration for the same activity of different timing will not be accepted.  
• Each participant will receive one set of craft materials only.  
• Please arrive at location at least 10 minutes before start of workshop. You will be required to show the confirmation email for registration.
