One or more of my items were damaged upon delivery, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged product, and we will certainly help you with this. If you discovered the damage within 14 days of your delivery, you can use our self-service "Report transport-damaged products". Through this self-service, you can easily report your damage online and receive a new product delivered to your home.
To report a transport-damaged product online, go to Track and manage my order. Select the order that has a damaged product and then choose to report/receive a refund for the damaged product.
You can also visit a store (not a planning studio) and get help with your claim on-site. Has it been more than 14 days since your delivery? No problem! Instead, contact IKEA Customer Service pages for the best assistance.
