Can I return a product directly to the driver?
No, it is not possible to return a product directly via the driver who delivered your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return the product to your nearest store or book a pickup.
If a product in your delivery is damaged, you can use our self-service tool on Track and manage my order. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can contact us to book a pickup. Please note that we charge a pickup fee. Alternatively, you also have the option to return your items at your nearest store!
