How do I make a complaint on an IKEA product?
Whether you purchased your product on IKEA.se or in a store, you are always welcome to submit a claim or give us feedback about your product at any IKEA store in Sweden. Please remember to bring your receipt or proof of purchase. You can also get help with your complaint by contacting IKEA Customer Service. If any items were damaged during delivery, you can use our self-service "Report a damaged item".
